Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were adorable and absolutely immaculate, offering a comfortable stay, albeit in a basic and dated setting. However, the location directly across from the Hyannis Harbor was a definite highlight, offering convenience and friendly staff. The dining options were described as very basic, with a need for improvement noted.
This hotel has a great location close to the Ferry and offers some nice dining options within walking distance. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, while the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there are limited amenities, and the rooms could use more electrical outlets.
My stay at the hotel in West Dennis was a mix of positives and negatives. The room was very spacious and had a comfortable bed, but the decor felt a little dated. It was convenient being close to the street lights, however, the hotel lacked some amenities that others offer.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were a bit smelly and dingy, smaller than expected, but the new bedding made it cozy. They were surprisingly spotless and in great shape despite the age of the hotel. The service was a mixed bag with some unfriendly encounters but overall helpful and nice. The location was great for walking around the harbor, even though the hotel itself seemed a bit run down. The dining options were basic, with small sweet pastries and tea/coffee available. The facilities were decent but nothing exceptional.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was superb, just off Main Street and overlooking Hyannis harbor, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms, although older, were surprisingly very clean. However, the brightness of the room due to the view made it feel like trying to sleep in the daylight.
The hotel offers a mixed experience with clean and nicely decorated rooms, although some musty smells linger. The service is outstandingly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, right across from the port of Hyannis and close to the main street. The dining options are limited but acceptable. The facilities are decent albeit with room for improvement.
The hotel is for you with a very fowl odor issue that was resolved after our request, although the overall smell was strong due to their deodorant usage. The location is perfect if you just need a place to sleep in Hyannis, but sadly, we didn't get a water-facing room.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a very mid-century modern feel, could use some updating, but the harbor view from the outside deck was lovely. The room smelled a bit musty, but overall, it was comfortable.
The hotel had large rooms with old furniture, overlooking a highway, and a shared balcony that could get noisy from people walking around. Despite the inconsistencies in room amenities like lacking a dresser, we did have a microwave, fridge, and a small TV. The service was a mix of pathetic disinterest and fantastic hospitality, with a disregard for details like simply spraying room fresheners. The location was perfect for walking around the harbor, enjoying the views, and close to restaurants. The facilities were basic, with some positive aspects.
The hotel was spotless and in great shape for an older hotel, offering ample space in the rooms but was too brightly lit at night due to street lights. The service was very welcoming and accommodating, enhancing the stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to ferries, restaurants, and a vibrant harbor area. The dining options were somewhat of a disappointment, mainly comprising small sweet pastries and tea/coffee. The facilities were good overall.
